"Boring Street, but close to everything"
99th Place is an OK place to live. The street is fairly quiet, there is not a lot of traffic.
Parking is not a problem, but what it is a problem is that the LAX airport is buying everyone out, so many apartment buildings are disappearing rapidly. So eventually the whole street will be wipe out of the maps and will be transformed into a big parking lot for the airport.
For now is just an OK place to live.

Also, have you seen the Australian movie The Castle? It's all about regular folk being pressured to sell their houses so an airport can expand.
Actually the noise does not get on my nerves. It does not bother me.
And about the movie I'm going to try to get it on Netflix
thanks
