Sheridan St
"Definately for the native."
This street is more for one of the locals rather than a first timer. The traffic can be very thick at times, and if you're not careful, you'll see your destination in your rear view mirror before you know it.

If you're going to be out shopping, make sure you have a GPS along to tell you when you'd better get into the turning lane!

Southwest 60th Rd
"Labeled well and well travelled."
Stirling Rd is very well labeled. You can find just the right place for dinner or even a movie at one of the many shopping centers along the way. Once you find the right movie, don't forget to grab the popcorn, and a drink or two for later....

Don't forget to fuel up along the way as well, just in case you decide to go for a road trip out to 75!

Southeast 5th Ave
"Great place for food."
With a Publix on both ends of the street who could go wrong? Each end has a good sized shopping center with plenty of restaurants for anyone's tastes. You can't go wrong if you're looking for a new place to have dinner when you travel SE 5th Ave.

Don't forget, if you get too sleepy, you can always check into the Sleep inn for a good night's rest.

Gulfstream Rd
"Needs a little work."
Gulfstream Rd, although well kept in most areas, still needs a little work around the Dania Beach Blvd end. The majority of the street is well kept, however a trash detail needs to be stationed near the trailer park as there have been many a time when one goes down the street that the local kids or animals have attacked the trash cans left out for collection.
The street is usually a good means to get around the traffic on a busy day.

Northeast 3rd St
"Quiet and Relaxing."
NE 3rd st is very quiet and relaxing down by Harbortown Marina. Once you turn the corner from Gulfstream Rd into the entrance, you feel like you are a million miles away. The people around the marina are all very friendly, and if you have your pole with you, you might catch a pompano or two.

Gulf Stream Way
"Wonderful trip to the Tri-Rail"
Gulf Stream Way is the perfect wake-up drive to the Tri-Rail. You go through curve, after curve of beautifully landscaped roadway, to arrive at a very modern Tri-Rail station. If you feel like forgetting the job for a day, you can follow Gulf Stream Way to Angler's Ave for a great trip to the IGFA.

Southwest 21st Ave
"A sportsman's paradise."
Angler's Ave. is a sportsman's paradise. You have everything right where you need it. Once you've exhausted all your tackle out in the Atlantic, you can stock up on everything you need at Outdoor World, and catch a bite to eat at the Islamorada Fish Company, and once you've finished you can take a dip in the pool right next door at the Courtyard by Marriott.
All in all, even if the seas are bad, you can still enjoy your vacation right on this street.

North Bryan Rd
"Great way to cut around local traffic."
N. Bryan Road is a great way to cut around traffic. Yes, you may run into the occasional new boat owner learning how to drive a boat trailer in traffic, but you will certainly get around many of the tie-ups during rush hour.
The road is pretty bright, especially when there are no clouds out, but overall very good.

Griffin Rd
"Quaint street, great view of canal."
Old Griffin Road, is a very quiet street, running along one of the many canals in Ft. Lauderdale. Although the street could be widened a bit, it will still accommodate the occasional boat being pulled along the way.
You can see many of the different types of boat from the various builders in the area on the canal running alongside the street.
It is a very quiet and peaceful drive down Old Griffin Road, especially during rush hour.
