"Great Union Square Shopping"

Part of the famous Union Square square plaza that is made up of Geary, Powell, Post and Stockton Streets, Post Street has some of the best dining and shopping in all of San Francisco. Union Square is known for having some the best department stores and boutiques. Post Street is home to the country's first Goyard Boutique. If you are ever in the area and looking to do some great shopping, Post Street is certainly a must visit.

"Potrero Hill is a great spot to visit"

18th Street between Texas Street and Connecticut Street is the main section of Potrero Hill, a famous neighborhood in the east side of San Francisco. Potrero Hill, especially along 18th Street, has great spots eat and get coffee as well as a variety of unique shops. If you're looking for an atypical San Francisco street I would recommend taking a hike down 18th.

"Hayes Street has some amazing dining"

Hayes Street is one of the funnest places I went while in San Francisco. On the top of the famous Hayes Valley shopping district, Hayes Street has some of the best food in the area. While I visited there was one place I particularly liked. The first place was called Absinthe Brasserie & Bar at 388 Hayes Street. This French style restaurant had some delicious food and a great bar. The atmosphere was great, the food amazing, and the price relatively inexpensive ($15-30). This street was full of fun stuff to do/explore and would make a great stop on a visit to San Francisco.

"Great part of North Beach"

A great place to visit in the North Beach district, Grant Avenue has some of the best places to eat. Grant Avenue seemed to be a hot spot for both tourist and native San Frans alike. Not something I seemed noticed in other places I visited while I was there. On the upper half of Grant Avenue there tended to be a lot of imported goods and fun places to shop. Additionally, there was a variety of good dining. There seemed to be a large amount of Italian restaurants however there is no doubt that you could find almost anything you could think of (especially the part of Grant Avenue that goes through Chinatown). A great street to visit whenever you are in San Francisco.

"Great place to spend a day exploring"

On my last visit to the city by the bay my favorite place I visited was Union Street. This beautiful street has some of the most elegant residences along with some of the trendiest places to shop and dine. The street is filled with tons of stuff to do. I spent a whole day exploring the area without turning down another street. I ate dinner at place called Betelnut at 2030 Street. This beautiful Asian style hot spot was elegant, delicious, and relatively inexpensive. This street is a must see for anyone in the area.

"Elegant Shopping"

This 12 block street located in an elegant section of San Francisco has some of the funnest shopping around. This beautiful neighborhood had some of the most interesting architecture I saw in all of San Francisco. Sacramento Street was a great little street full of hustle and bustle, great shopping and dinning, and some of the best views of the bay. I seemed to see a lot of clothing and furniture shops for anyone looking to do some great shopping in those area. A fun street that is a must visit.

"Fillmore Auditorium!"

Fillmore Street is one of the more well known streets in San Francisco. On top the huge variety of shops and restaurants, Fillmore Street is famous for its collection of jazz clubs. Additionally, one of the coolest parts about my visit on this street was the Fillmore Auditorium. This music venue is San Fran landmark made famous by Bill Graham that reopen in 1994. If you are ever in the area I would strongly recommend trying to see a concert.

"Great places to shop and explore"

While visiting the city by the bay Chestnut Street was one of the most interesting streets I visited. Chestnut was full of constant hustle and bustle, with a huge variety of great places to shop and dine. One of my favorite places to eat was a Chinese restaurant called Dragon Well. Their delicious and relatively inexpensive menu made for a great dinner. You can come to shop or eat and find almost anything you want. A must stop destination on your visiting to San Fran.

"Hippie Roots"

Haight Street is one of the most famous and historic streets in San Francisco. During the 1960s and 1970s Haight Street was enriched with bohemian subculture. Today Haight Street has some of the places to eat and shop in all of San Francisco. When I visited I had heard stories of the the 18 block street and most of them seemed to be true. If you are ever in the San Francisco area this street is a must visit.

"Amazing downhill drive!"

While visiting San Francisco one of the coolest streets I drove on was Lombard Street. Though this residential street did not contain many stores, the view was amazing. My favorite section was between Hyde and Leavenworth Streets on Russian Hill. In this section Lombard had some of the sharpest and windiest turns I had every driven on. If you are every in the area I would certainly recommend a drive by.
