Lafayette St
"Great place for fun shopping"
This great street runs through SoHo, Chinatown, Greenwich Village, and much more. This makes it within blocks of all kinds of great dinning and hotels. Lafayette Street also has a wide variety of great places to shop. Some of my favorite places include Odin, Bicycle Habitat, Amarcord, Nypull, and Otto Tootsi Plohound. This is just he tip of the iceberg, there are so many great places in the area to shop (you can find almost anything). I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for something fun and different to do. This makes a great day trip for any family or couple.

Broadway
"H&H has some of the best bagels in New York City"
Located on Broadway Street, H&H bagels is one of the most famous breakfast spots in all of New York City. Many claim that H&H has the best bagels on the whole island. Beginning in 1972 it is now the largest bagel manufacturer in the world. H&H delivers its kosher bagels worldwide. It is my favorite part of Broadway Street. I try to make a visit there every time I'm in the big apple. I would recommend this breakfast/lunch sensation to anyone who is looking for delicious and inexpensive meal.

Spring St
"Spring Street has some of oldest and most delicous pizza"
Lombardi's Pizzeria, located on 32 Spring Street, has some of the best Pizza that NYC has to offer. Established in 1905, Lombardi's claims to be the oldest pizzeria. Their coal oven, Italian style pizza has thin crust and delicious flavor. Many credit Lombardi's for having the best pizza in Manhattan and the line is often over an hour just to get a pie. However, it is certainly worth the wait. If you are ever in the area I would highly recommend waiting for one of these delicious pies.

West 57 St
"Great shopping on 57th Street and 5th Avenue"
57th Street has some of the best shops and dining in the heart of Manhattan. My favorite area of 57th is right along the area of 5th Avenue where West 57th turns into East 57th. This area has some of the best retail shopping including Tiffany & Co., the NBA Store, NIKETOWN, huge Louis Vuitton flagship, Banana Republic, and many many more. It's a fun exciting area, with great places to eat and spend an afternoon. This makes a great destination for a family, couple, or just about anyone. I always have a blast when I visit.

East 8 St
"Some of the best shopping in the East Village"
East Eighth Street between Third Avenue and Avenue A has some of the best shopping in all of New York City. Nicknamed St. Marks Place, this part of 8th street has some of the most unique shopping. Anyone who likes great gadgets and really funky gives will have a blast here. If you are vintage record collector then I suggest going near East 8th and Second or Third Avenue. For any regular shop it is just plain fun to go and spend an afternoon there. I always enjoy going there because I have fun and don't break my wallet. I would recommend this to anyone.

Elizabeth St
"Great Shopping Near Little Italy"
Elizabeth Street is one of the best shopping places in all of Manhattan. Located near Mott and Mulberry Streets, Elizabeth has long been called Nolita (standing for North of Little Italy). Though some of it stores can be a little expensive, Nolita has some of the funnest places to shop around. My personal favorite is Unis located at 226 Elizabeth Street. This military inspired fashion is very unique and in my budget. This whole area is a great place to shop and anyone can find something they like. I would recommend this to anyone looking for something fun and different to do.

Delancey St
"Some of the best shopping on the Lower East Side"
Located on the Lower East Side, Ludlow Street has a great array of places to shop. You can find everything from frabrics, to leather bags, to shoes, luggage, linens, and pretty much anything else you can imagine. Ludlow is a part of the Orchard Street Shopping District made up of Orchard Street, Allen Street, and Ludlow Street. This means that there are several other streets full of shops within just a couple of blocks. I always enjoy going there and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a fun day out.

Mott St
"Mott Street is a great place to shop"
Located between Pell Street and Chatham Street, Mott Street has some of the best shopping. The reason it is so unique is because it has a lot of Chinatown style shopping and dining areas. Every time I go there I always come back with a bag full of eclectic stuff. It is relatively inexpensive and makes a fun day trip for a family or even couples. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for something a little different.
