"Quiet and Peacefull"

QUiet! Its a little further from the school, so the kids arent so roudy all the time. I did like that it was secluded, or atleast it feels that way. I think this is one of the most interesting streets because of the way it is shaped. Its like there are a bunch of smaller inlets of streets that hang off the main stretch of CYpress. I felt like it was its own community and everyone knew each other.

It was really nice. I felt very at home and comfortable in this area!

"Views, Quiet and Peace in one!"

The first thing that I loved about this street was the little view you get when you first enter the street. If you have a house close to Ludeman Ln. you get a great view to the north! The only thing I never mentioned in any other review which didnt occur to me until now, is that the airport is very close. That is probably what contributes to a lot of the traffic in the area, and you sometimes hear the planes overhead. It wasnt that bad though! not quite in the flight path!

I loved it

"Quiet place for kids to play."

Here is another great street that I walked along. I loved the culs-de-sac. I am a sucker for those. I like how they end and have a large place for kids to run around, I like how parents dont have to worry about them being in traffic, and I like how it is so much more quiet when there is no traffic running in and out of the street. Unfortunately again, this street does not have many trees, but it is quiet.

"Trees, Love it. Houses, Love it. Love it!"

Ok, I think this was my favorite street in the area. There were the cutest houses. All with their own unique charm. There was even someone outside who said good afternoon to me! Then the trees... This little culs-de-sac was covered in trees. Shade and the perfect beauty. And of course dont forget the culd-de-sac part. No exit, means, no traffic and the most quiet safe place. I love it. I want to live there!

"Busy Street. Would hate to live on it, but is decent for travel."

Broadway was one of the streets I took to get to the country club at the end of Ludeman Ln. I didnt think much of it besides that it has a lot of businesses, hotels... well motels.. and general shops. It is pretty noisy because of all the traffic, but it is a main street, not residential. Although there are houses/apts on that street. I would hate to live there without some type of sound proofing in my living space! But!! There are trees! I love trees!

Oh, and the one way thing with the median in the middle, that is just frustrating. I hate medians, you can never turn around when you want to!

"I think its the best of the streets in area!"

Well I travelled around the area visiting before I travelled home and came across Queen Anne Ct. I was being a looky-loo because it reminded me so much of where I grew up. One main drag with mini culs-de-sacs attached. A place where kids can meet, play and run around without parents constantly looking over their shoulders. I love the quietness of the area and how it made me feel!

Not many trees though. almost none. I would definately want to plant some if i moved in!

"Another Great place to raise kids."

Just like Paramount Dr. Millwood Dr. on the far west end of the street where it dead ends into the country club, is just ideal for a family to raise kids! It is just so cute. The houses are well groomed and maintained, the street is clean. There arent many trees, but again kids dont need those to play outside. And the biggest plus is the dead end where no traffic runs. A perfect place for all the kids to play safely outside!

"Narrow and Busy during school"

Ok, I didnt like this street as I was driving around looking for the highway. I found the street to be very narrow in a few places and slow with the little trafffic from the highschool. It was in the middle of the day and I cannot imagine when school is out what the traffic must be like. It was ok, but I would not like living right across the street from a high school with noisy kids running home. Then again, I would like to live in the middle of no where by myself :) Of course this is in the residential part of the street, when you get away from the homes a little, it breaks up better.

"Great Place to raise kids."

As I was driving through from the Club that I was invited to, I saw this cute little street before I passed the high school. I thought how nice it would be to raise a family in a place like this. I really liked the west end of this street that dead ends into the country club. I like it because there is no traffic going into the street and the kids can play at the end safely. I grew up in a place like that and some of my best memories are playing out side with the other kids!

Not to mention that it is so close to the school that they can walk!

"Great place for Kids and Families."

As I have just recently visited, as I was leaving the country club I took a drive around the area. Honestly, I just got lost trying to find my way back to the highway. But I managed upon several cute homey streets. I drove down Cozzolino Dr. which is a nice little mini-street with a corner perfect for the neighborhood kids to have a large open space to play where their parents can watch them. Because it is such a small street, I didnt see much traffic unless it was someone who lived there. There arent a lot of trees on the street, but when you are a kid playing basketball, football, or frisbee in the street, who needs them! Not to mention that the houses are very nice looking. Middle class type, and nice.

"Quaint ride into the Country Club."

I was invited to the Green Hills Country Club in San Francisco, so I drove up from Los Angeles. I had heard some dismal things about the south of SF, but was pleased to find this little treasure area. Its not a high class area, but simple middle class people with their own little country club. Becareful of the narrow streets. But other than that, it was quite decent. Clean.

"THe most wonderful Place to grow up!"

I grew up just off n. plano road in Dallas Texas. Specifically North Plano Road and Braeburn. It is a cute little... well to most people HUGE neighborhood community, but I remember it as small. It was like our own town. We had about 30 culs de sac's connected by one main street (Owens Dr.) Because there was only one way in and one way out, it was easy for parents to let us run all around all the streets, because we all knew each other. Trick or treating at halloween was the most fun! More than 100 houses to go to safely! Not to mention the beautiful park that was located not even a block away. Set in a ravine that was built to catch the overflow from the creek (whihc did on rare occasion) this park has huge 100 foot trees that shade all, easliy climbed trees, a creek to walk and play in, and about 10 miles of nature walk back under the freeway and into the mini forest that has been purchased by private owners and turned into a nature hike for the public! It is truely amazing! One of the best places ever! I want to move back so bad!

"Homes, humble, and History"

A lot of people dont really know about the street called glendon. I used to live on the street right next to it. Little did I know when living on the far south end of it, that at the north end lied a lot of history. First, the street is fairly pleasant with mostly houses on it. You would be pressed to find a strip of businesses there. But it is a confusing street, because the street is in sections starting and ending without a throughway. You actually have to get on another street, go in that direction for a while, and then you can get back onto glendon. Then at the north end lies a cemetary where some of the hollywood greats are burried such as Marylin Monroe. The street itself is fairly maintained, no big problems except for the fact that it doesnt run all the way through. Mostly houses and some small apartments, it makes for nice living on the south end, and a little more city like living on the north next to UCLA!

"Sparks, Friendly, and Homely"

North Sparks street is a very friendly happy street. All the homes are well kept and so is the street. Everything is quiet and down to earth. The street is just houses until you get to magnolia where there is a store on the corner. After that, there is a store at each major cross street, but not the minor streets. This keeps it nice a quite without any traffic. The only bad part is the 6 way intersetion at olive, verdugo and sparks. Long light!

"Homes, Stores, and Small Town Mentality"

I love North Beachwood. Houses and small businesses are all mixed up on the north end of this street. It looks like one of those tiny colorado towns with the mountain in the back ground. Of course it doesnt snow or ice up here, and for the most part the weather is pretty pleasant. The businesses are plenty to find what ever you need, and food is not too far. It is a wonderful area, nice clean streets. Well taken care of.

"Most Beautiful Place In LA`"

I think that this is the most beautiful place in burbank that you could live. Of course I love small town living with trees and yards and close neighbors. The street is very calm and has large old trees. As you drive down the street the trees create a canopy over the street like a tunnel of leaves. It is beautiful! The houses are equally as charming although it is VERY expensive to live here. The last place to go up for rent, was renting out for over 3200 dollars a month. Unfortunately not a lot of people make that much money to be able to spend that per month. So it makes living in this area hard unless you make a lot of money.

"Great when its not rush hour."

As we all know, Sepulveda is one of the largest streets in america. In Culver City it will take you to all the shopping, food, and stores you could imagine. It is the street you will almost inevitably have to get on in order to get anywhere. But in culver city it is also the worst street to try to navigate during rush hour... or even during light traffic. The stop lights are timed so badly that you end up seemingly getting no where. I have spent over 35 min at one intersection because the double lights were timed so bad. If you are travelling south on sepulveda from Palms to Jefferson, Find another route becaue in rush hour or light traffic, this journey will end up taking you about 45 min to an hour.

"Great for shopping, dining, and going out, but not living"

I have lived near this street, and would not suggest it. It is definately one of the busiest streets in the area and is for a reason. There are plenty of businesses on this street that would cause all of the congestion. One of my favorite restaraunts resides at the end of this street next to the beach called C&Os trattoria. It is the most incredible italian you can get in LA. AMAZING. I would suggest going to all the stores and walking up and down washington blvd, but not living, as it is just too loud and busy. Try to find another place to park other than on washington because its atrocious or you will have to pay for parking! But Please dont let that deter you from checking it out and visiting. DEFINATELY worth your time.

"Quaint little bohemian street"

I love this street. While I was in college, every morning before my classes I would come down to a coffee shop on rose and 7th grab a tea and ham and cheese crossiant and sit and read. I loved looking at the little trees and apartment buildings butt right up against each other. Each with its own charm. Some old, some new, some contemporary. On the weekends, I would walk this street to the beach and go surf. It is a very beachy street. ALthough there can be homeless that will pander for money from you sometimes, but most of the time they will ask once and keep moving, as not to bother you. There are also some wonderful boutique shops on this street. Like a great clothing store and an amazing dance shoe store.

"The street that takes you all around Burbank"

Victory is the one street that can take you nearly completely around burbank. It can be a very confusing street if you dont know it. Victory blvd runs north and south from Burbank blvd south through glendale miles past western ave. Then at Burbank blvd, victory takes a left turn and becomes an east and west street from the burbank/victory cross all the way to the 405 highway. This road will take you by plenty of stores, restaraunts, fast foods, grocery stores and dollar stores. At some points there are even parks for you to visit.

"Street through the heart of Burbank"

Olive is the street through the heart of burbank. Olive begins as it turns from barham into olive just after you pass Warner Brothers studios. Then you pass NBC studios, and if you turn onto Alameda you will pass Disney studios. If you continue up olive you will eventually pass into and throug downtown burbank where you will see the mall, a strip mall with stores and incredible restaraunts and a movie theatre with a new imax. If you keep going up olive you will pass through the rest of the housing area and then it will dead end. If you take a left at the dead end, you will end up at the castaway restaraunt that looks out over all of burbank. Beautiful at night. It is definately a safe street with the police station nearby and constantly patrolling it.

"Most convienient place in Burbank"

I live on Alameda and it is by far the most perfect place to live. I have the best access to all of the freeways, the 5 and the 134. It takes me only about 20 min to get anywhere. Alameda was just recently repaved and is a very smooth clean ride now. It is also perfectly close to the hospital and the medical centers where you can have any doctor that you could ever need. There are also restaraunts, grocery stores, convinience stores, staples, fast food and more all on this street! There couldnt be a better street to live on.

"Quite Suburb Living"

I loved living in Plano TX, so when I moved out to california I could only think about eventually moving into a house here in LA. Then I found out how expensive it was. This area of burbank happened to be chaper than the rest of LA and gave me the sense of simple, smaller town living in a cute clean beautiful neighborhood. I loved living here. Everything is so nice up there and the people on the street are all so friendly with their weekly gatherings where everyone brings food!

"The Best Middle Class Living!"

THE SOUTHERN MOST PART of Westwood BLVD south of the 10 at venice. I was living here through most of my college experience. It is the only place I have lived in LA that felt like home. Everyone in the neighbor hood was so nice, even though most of them did not speak any english. There was a good mix of ethnicities, but none of the scary ghetto stuff. It has a great shopping and a brand new shopping center. It is also very clean!

"Beautiful 1920s Moviestar style living"

I used to live on this street caddy corner to the side gate of 20th century studios. I loved being able to walk outside and look directly onto the lot through the iron gate. It was a very safe neighborhood and I never felt scared walking alone at night! Although getting to my street from the highway or from any major street around that area is difficult because of all the traffic.
