"Most convienient place in Burbank"
I live on Alameda and it is by far the most perfect place to live. I have the best access to all of the freeways, the 5 and the 134. It takes me only about 20 min to get anywhere. Alameda was just recently repaved and is a very smooth clean ride now. It is also perfectly close to the hospital and the medical centers where you can have any doctor that you could ever need. There are also restaraunts, grocery stores, convinience stores, staples, fast food and more all on this street! There couldnt be a better street to live on.

West Alameda Ave
"Close to Studios & great hospital"
West Alameda Ave is home to St. Joseph's Hospital and affiliated medical centers, which has a reputation for providing excellent health care. The main entrance to the Walt Disney Studio's is just a block away from the hospital on the same street. NBC studios and Warner Bros are also close by.
The street consists of both residential and commercial properties, including a very large AAA of So Cal facility, which is convenient if you are a member and don't want to go to the DMV to renew your vehicle registration.
Griffith Park and the Los Angeles Zoo are fairly close via surface streets or a quick ride on the 5 or 134 freeways.
