I love this road for two reasons. 1) Shopping - it has Saw grass Mall. Saw grass is a outlet mall and has everything you could think of . It also has food and a nite life there as well. 2) the housing is very nice. It has upscale housing and mid scale housing. So it fits most demographics. The schools are some of the best in the areas and are fairly new.

I moved jsut a couple roads down in an apartment but when i get ready to buy this area is exactly where I will look first. Plus it has my favorite little bar just up the road in Lefty's. Great drink and dinner specials.

Great area except the traffic. It is a very tough commute in the morning and afternoon. But the hard rock is on it which makes it awesome. It also have some nice areas to live as well. Being able to go minutes to go out with my spouse to the hard rock for food fun or drinks and then be able to get home with no problems is a bonus. I am also luck to be able to get to the turnpike I595 and I95 off this road. I love this area and wish I would have found a place here. It like most large roads has a few rough patches but is great for young individuals and young couples with out kids.

I work just off this road and the traffic is horrible. If I could move my office I would. It is convient to get around but it just take you a while to do it. I am a good old southern transplant and not knowing spanish make is very hard to get around. Thank god for GPS. It has alot of shopping and food...more fast food then any. It has some nice local places like Sunny's subs and Lenny's Subs. Both is a recommendations. Just be careful in most areas. The locals are nice and welcome new people but the english is a little rough and you get a few starings until they get use to seeing you. Just do not live here unless you have too.

I love this area. I did not see it until after I moved in to my apartment down the road. I love the landscaping and the neigborhoods. I wish I would have found it because I probably could have gotten a great deal on a house to rent. It doesn't have alot of restuarants on this road but the roads intersecting it does. You are minutes from Saw Grass Outlet mall and Broward mall. It has a publix and a Winn dixie on it as well as an exit to I595. You can get to what ever your heart desires in minutes. Its a great area for all ages from 20s to retirees. when my lease is up on my apartment i will be looking for a house in the many neighborhoods to live.

I Live about 30 Minutes from here and have visited it a couple times for guys night out and had a blast. It is ideal for a single person to go in order to meet someone or just have a good time. It has a wide range of entertainment from high class to just good old relaxed fun. It also has an area that they put festivals on at. I went to the Beerfest in April and I had a blast. We left it and went to the riverfront bar and it was packed. The bars there were a much younger crowd more along the college age but we still had fun. If you are looking to go out and have a blast then this is the place to go. Just remember it is South Florida so it can get costly for drinks and parking.

This is a good area for a younger demo. I am 32 and I like this street because it gives you all the things from fast food to chain restuarants to local areas. It also has enough shopping or close enough to what ever you want. It is great for 20 - 30 year old that do not have children. People with kids would get a little aggrevated with traffic in order to drop off for school or day care. I go down it alot in the afternoons to go to my gym and it cna take up to 20 minutes to go 3 miles. It does have a couple nice gentlemans clubs and great bars to have drinks at. Peole are generally friendly but it does have a few rough spots.

This is a nice place to drive down and get something to eat or have a good time. It is not a good place to live on. It has a ok Mall. It offers a nice varity of shops but tend to get a little ghotto at night. The area a has a few place that I would not want to be on alone at night. In other words don't walk this street alone at night. It is a necessary evil in order to get to some nicer areas or to go to the hospital. But I know I have been very uncomfortable driving in my car at night with the window down. My Finace use to work at a restuarant just off the that rode and I was nervous when she had to drive home at night. It has had a lot of robbers in the short time I have lived her at convience stores. So I would not recommend living on it for any families.

This area is one of my favorites in South Florida. I am 32 and engaged with 2 children. I have the ability living here to have nice nights out with my future wife alone as well as taking our kids out to have fun as well. They have a great sports bar in Bokampers to get a nice dinner or just watch a game. It is also have a couple of nice gyms to go work out. One is 24 hour fitness that will meet any time frame you need sense it is open 24hours. It also is very convient to Broward mall as well as I595. With it being an exit off the highway you can just about get to anything your heart desires from beaches, gambling, night clubs, or parks for the kids. I live two streets over and would have loved to have found a place on this road. But it was all rented in the ones I liked because no one wants to leave once they get here.

The Mall at Sawgrass has a very nice area to go out and have a nice dinner and then to go and get drinks and dance. It is a little light on the club area but have some very nice resturants and pubs. I have spent some nights just going from bar to bar either in the mall or up and down the road. They are usually packed with people around 9 pm and stay open until around 2 am. They get a little lighter in the am but a good atmosphere if you hate the overwelming nature of a night club. I would recommend this area for someone in there late 20s to early 40s.

I just moved here to south Florida in February and looked around at a lot of areas. I have a 5 year old girl and a 8 year old future step daughter. This area has 2 parks and several schools either on it or close by. It has a couple of little pubs to get drinks and have more that is just around the corner. You are minutes from two great shopping areas and have nice dinning around those areas. Also you are minutes from I595 to go to the Hard rock or the beaches. I can easily be with in 15-20 minutes be at the beach, the airport or the casino. My family loves it and so do I.
