This particular street is one of my favorites in the city. There is a certain calmness about it, almost like it could be in the middle of another city, not New York! There is a playground a couple blocks away and of course its so close to Broadway! Great fun knowing about this street, I encourage anyone to come and see what I mean!

This street has moderate to high traffic during normal business hours. Most residential homes with some commercial business, Access to local highways and public transportation. Moderate foot traffic. No shoppping or retail stores. Within minutes of major highways that includes access to subways, but still welcoming. A wonderful place to live or visit in New York!
