"Great Shopping Area"

Lots of merchants selling anything from clothes to jewelery. Has public parking. Easy access to subway and buses. Well populated area, with lots of foot traffic and vehicle traffic. Great ethnic foods and neighborhood deli. Close to JFK area and Laguardia Airports. Public Library and Post Office close by. Also has local hotels/motels within distance.
