About Me
Sarah is a Loveland native and a 4th generation Realtor in Northern Colorado. Her great grandfather founded Warnock Realty & Auctions in 1922. Sarah is proud to be a part of an 90 year old family tradition of excellence in Northern Colorado Real Estate. The proven result of hard work and perseverance after nearly a century of service make the Warnock Family tradition of real estate a Rock Solid choice in any market!
Sarah is very active in her local community. Sarah is the director of a program at her church called Kids Hope USA. Kids Hope USA pairs mentors with at-risk elementary age youth. She is also a mentor herself, helping to provide stable and lasting relationships to those kids in need. Sarah visits a place called Wings Center which helps to provide a safe and fun environment for adults with developmental disabilities. Sarah serves as a committee chairperson for the Loveland Walk 4 Water, an organization that raises money to build fresh water wells in Africa. Sarah also serves as a Precinct Committee chairperson for her neighborhood in downtown Loveland. Sarah has served on her local real estate board as secretary and 2nd vice president.
Sarah has earned her GRI Designation and she is eCertified. In 2011, 2008, and 2007 Sarah was awarded Honors Society by Prudential National for her high production levels, putting her in the top 10% of Prudential agents nationwide. In 2009, Sarah was awarded the Leading Edge Society Award by Prudential National putting her in the top 6% of Prudential agents nationwide. Sarah is also certified to assist relocation clients.
Sarah earned her bachelors degree in English Literature from Colorado State University. Previous to her real estate career, she headed up the sales department at Gulley Greenhouse and Garden Center.
Sarah enjoys being outdoors especially in the company of her 2 dogs that seem to go everywhere with her. She is an avid hiker, reader, & loves to garden. Located only 45 minutes away from Rocky Mountain National Park is a real blessing. It's beautiful. Her favorite place on the earth is Yellowstone National Park as Sarah finds geysers fascinating. She traveled to Israel in January of 2008 & plans to return in the future. Sarah has a special affection for the area of Downtown Loveland. Many members of Sarah's family have called the downtown area home over the last century and in so doing have instilled a real fondness in Sarah for historical properties... so much so that she lives in an old historical home herself. There's always something going on downtown! Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and friends as she has always believed that investing in relationships with other people is where the real treasure is.
Sarah Warnock cares & is committed to her community & the people in it. This kind of attitude is exemplified in the way she conducts herself in the real estate business on a day to day basis. Dependable, hardworking, caring, & committed to her client's needs every step of the way is why Sarah Warnock should be your Realtor for Life! "Come and enjoy all that Downtown Loveland has to offer!"
Take a stroll into the residential neighborhoods of W. 4th St. and find yourself surrounded by beautiful historic homes and bungalows. Travel to the very end of W. 4th and you'll get a great view of the Front Range Rockies and Longs Peak. Take a walk the other direction on E. 4th St. and you'll be at the newly renovated City Library, Recreation Center, Foote Lagoon with sparkling water features and an amphitheatre area that plays host to lots of bands during the summer. The museum is a great place to visit as well and is just a block north on 5th St.
If you want to get a taste of downtown Loveland come out for Night on the Town which takes place on the 2nd Friday of every month late afternoon into the evening. Many people love living and spending time in downtown Loveland because of the variety of things to do and the ability to walk or ride your bike anywhere. I enjoy it so much that I live here! A unique and fun place to be a part of! Check it out!
