"Come and enjoy all that Downtown Loveland has to offer!"
While historic downtown Loveland encompasses several city blocks, 4th St is the center of all the fun. West & East 4th St runs right through the central business district of downtown Loveland. There are many unique shops and galleries on 4th St along with a variety of locally owned awesome restaurants, pubs, a brewary, salons, book stores, coffee shops, art studios, outdoor patios, & more! The historic Rialto Theatre is a great place to catch a show! Many of the buildings that you will visit downtown are historic and have been restored.
Take a stroll into the residential neighborhoods of W. 4th St. and find yourself surrounded by beautiful historic homes and bungalows. Travel to the very end of W. 4th and you'll get a great view of the Front Range Rockies and Longs Peak. Take a walk the other direction on E. 4th St. and you'll be at the newly renovated City Library, Recreation Center, Foote Lagoon with sparkling water features and an amphitheatre area that plays host to lots of bands during the summer. The museum is a great place to visit as well and is just a block north on 5th St.
If you want to get a taste of downtown Loveland come out for Night on the Town which takes place on the 2nd Friday of every month late afternoon into the evening. Many people love living and spending time in downtown Loveland because of the variety of things to do and the ability to walk or ride your bike anywhere. I enjoy it so much that I live here! A unique and fun place to be a part of! Check it out!
