I grew up in this neighbor hood when I was in grammer school! It is a nic quiet neighborhood and friendly! There is a small grocery store near by and a grammer school as well as a middle school! I wouldnt recommend the middle school to children! You would have to go a bit of a ways to get to major retailers and medical facilities etc! A nice place to live!

I have a friend that lives on this street and it is kind of run down! There is a man who goes around mowing people's yards without there permission and then demands money! It is quiet and nobody really bothers you but you can just tell it isnt that safe! I wouldnt recommend this street to retired people or couples raising families! One thing good is it is located near Poplar Ave so you have access to mostly anything you need! A sonic is on the corner of its cross street as well as a gas station!

This street is located in Frasier so its not that safe! My father used to live on this street and moved because of this reason! Crime is commited ofter near this street! However, there is a church located nearby as well as Westside School! The street is near Frasier BLVD so gas stations and fast food! The homes on the street are decent and it is fairly quite! It isnt really the street that is bad but really just the location!

This street has alot of fun things going on! There is a very nice bar on the corner of young and cooper called Dish! Great place for drinking at night! Many shop are just right down the road such as a trendy clothing store called Lux! A few restaruants are located right off of it as well including Cafe Ole! Some very modern condos were just built on the north end but very close to a ghetto area! Most of the resedential area is quite, safe, and not bad to live on! It is properly located near some of the busy streets with all you need on them!

This is one of the most fun streets in Memphis! It is historical and full of restaraunts, shopping malls, live music ect! It isnt really a residental street practically business! It is very close to the Fed Ex forum where major sporting and music events are held! Hardrock Cafe, BB Kings, and EP's are some great restaraunts to visit! This is a place to go on a friday or saturday night for fun!

Poplar avenue extends all the way from Germantown to Downtown Memphis! Everything you need is off of this street but the access depends on where you are located! Many home arent on this street just mostly busineess anything from grocery stores, movie stores, hospitals, gas stations, fast food ect! Pretty much any business you would need access to! The best thing is the extension of the street!

This is a beautiful street! It is a great neighbor with some really big nice homes! The greenery is great to! There is a local park at the end of the street for the kids as well as a large church! It is right off of madison so there are many food places and stores to go to! This is an expensive street to live on but would be great to raise kids!

I grew up on this street when I was very young! At the time it wasnt an extremly safe place due to the surrounding area! The school located nearby isnt very safe and not much retail action around unless you go far down poplar ave! I wouldnt want to raise my children in this area! Not any leisurely activity places around either!

I have had very bad experiences on this road! I was robbed at one of the convienient stores closer to the raliegh area! A bum stole my car when I was pumping gas and the gas station attendant acted like they didnt see anything when the police arrived! He also tried to run us off a bridge! Most of this street is run down and not nice at all! I would be scared to walk down it especially at night! The only thing good about it is that it runs all the way from raleigh to dowtown Memphis so it takes you where you need to go! I dont recomment this street to anyone!

I used to live right off of Harbor Town Sq.! This is a great place to live and raise a family! It is located right over a small bridge close to the pryamid! There is no crime in this area and is the one area that is safe in Memphis! The atmosphere is great down there with a local grocery store, tanning palor, hair saloon, pizza place, and a new fine dining and grill at the end with hotels above them! There is also a medical facility and a wellness center down there as well! The neighborhood is beautiful and has a school and day care as well! You are just feet away from the river where you can walk your dog or go on a daily run!
