Valdez Ave, Westwood Park

Valdez Ave. is a street located in the Westwood Highlands. It runs right through Monterey Blvd. It is a very quiet and peaceful street. It is a nice street with trees lining the sidewalks. It is a very clean street. It is a very safe street almost all the time. It is right by Riordan High school and close to Sunnyside Elementary school. There are a few restaurants and stores nearby on Monterey Blvd. There is a safeway, a Chinese Restaurant, a Dry Cleaners and a few others. There is access to muni bus likes 23, 24, and a few others. Overall it would be a great place to live, especially for families with kids and retirees.
