"A little too close to the major street in town, Reseda Blvd"
Close to CSUN and the educational atmosphere is nice, but some crowding and hectic traffic make maneuvering around town scary at times...student drivers go too fast and recklessly. I've seen quite a few accidents and young drivers were at fault.
We have many movie theaters close by and all kinds of eateries. The mall is well stocked with all varieties of stores. If you have money you'll have a place to spend it. The atmosphere is friendly at all the shopping areas. A nice summer night brings everyone out. Windy days seem to keep people in.
Our area is close to Reseda Blvd. and there have been car break-ins along this corridor.
