"Gorgeous place to live"

All of the houses here are unique and beautiful. The people are friendly and always outside with kids and pets. A nearby elementary school, Lily B. Clayton, is a great place for kids. I myself attended Lily B when I was a youngster. Parallel to 8th avenue but far enough away to avoid traffic and noise. You will always be just in reach of shops and restaurants.
