"Beachmont, near the beach, airport and subway and shopping"
Washburn Ave was formerly a trolley Route of The Eastern Railroad, which ran parallel to the Boston Revere Beach and Lynn Railroad. The street is still easily serviced by public transportation with the MBTA Blue Line and the 119 Bus which goes to Northgate and Linden Square, Malden
