Are there any good apartment complexes near Washington Park?

The Wash Park neighborhood doesn't really have apartment complexes, per se. There are many multi-unit buildings, in low to mid-rise, but I'm not aware of any that I would think of as an apartment complex, which is usually a term I think is most attributable to suburbia. Many of the apartment "buildings" are in the 10-30 unit range. There are some high-rise condos on the north end of the park. Those are rented direct from the individual owners. I know that Boutique Apartments and Cornerstone both have buildings they manage in the area.
