I did a little looking and many of them are over the $1 million mark. You can see some currently for sale and some that recently sold here: http://www.washingtonparkhomes.com/

HeatherS wow, I wouldnt have guessed that high! I bet those folk who purchase and payed off their mortgage decades ago are loving that investment!
