"What a view, what a street, we love it"
We moved in in March 2005. The first thing that attracted us was the view: beautiful and large panorama of the Rocky Mountains. The park for our kids is in front of it, the small lake provides a 30 minute easy walk for our dog, our kids and us.
The street is very calm and in the spring and summer, kids are playing safely in this cul-de-sac. We can hear also the soccer teams playing in the back of the street. This is very fun to have all these facilities so close. Our neightborhood swimming pool and the tennis courts add to the pleasure of enjoying the 300-days of sunshine a year.
A local Safeway and King Sooper, Wallgreens are within 3-minute drive. 2 malls are within 15 minutes
We love it, we love it and we love it.
