"An old street with alot of History!"
16th street is longer street going from the closer west suburbs through the west side of Chicago. Generally know for its middle to low class people. You can find many little local shops with a really old Chicago feel. I recommend traveling this street enjoy the Chicago portrayed in movies.

"Industrial area hotspot"
West 16th Street is home to Ryerson Steel, home of the nations largest steel warehouse. Started in chicago and has been there for over 160 years. Also in the area of Mercy Hospital. Runs into Douglas Park, a large Chicago public park district.
