West 17th St, Gravesend

This is a good street to live on, but maybe not the most exciting one to visit. It is directly across the street from the highway, which will cause rents to be low, but noise to be extremely high. As a light sleeper, I must say that I have no tolerance for excessive noise. Also the buildings on this street were older, which means no central air and heat, which is a pain during winter and summer months. You'll be able to find some small places to buy food, but nothing fancy or exceptional. All in all, a drab street.
