"Excellent residential neighborhood."

There are some good schools on this street which makes it an excellent location for families. If you live in the city, you will want to be able to walk your kids to school. It is also nice to be able to walk to Central Park. W. 92 Street conveniently leads you directly down to Central Park. Everything New York is right at your fingertips.
