"Fabulous downtown neighborhood for Central Park Lovers."

W. 93rd Street runs one way away from Central Park. Driving is slow and parking is impossible! It is a beautiful tree lined street with lovely brick brownstones. An excellent place to live. Just a few blocks from the excellent shopping on 96th Street. Everything you want at your finger tips in the Big Apple.
