West Bancroft St, Old West End

Collingwood Boulevard is a relatively tiny road running NS in North Western Toledo. One might say that Collingwood is part of the "ghetto." Living on this street one can find affordable and not too terribly kept apartments and houses, however, I wouldn't suggest walking on the street alone at night. While the night is not filled with dogs barking, it is consistently filled with the sound of police cars and ambulance sirens. I bet I've heard more sirens living on this street in one year, than I ever did when I lived in a different city. So if you're hard up on cash, and need a place to live, this would be a good place to start, but just be careful.
