"A great place for students at Marquette, probably not the best for a family"
Clybourn borders I-94, a major arterial highway of the area. As such, there is a bit of road noise, but nothing that keeps me up at night. Additionally, this street runs along the Southern border of the Marquette campus, which translates into a lot of attention from the public safety department, which makes the street feel safe. Additionally, it is a short walk to the campus bars, and very easy to get onto the highway. Trafic moves pretty quickly, but the sidewalk offers a safe haven for pedestrian. Animals are not a problem on Clybourn, however shady individuals are known to prowl the streets a bit. All in all, I'd say Clybourn is a spectacular place for young, single people to make residence.
