"Friendly Suburban Neighborhood"
This is a residential area. The roads really need improvements. Sidewalks would be great! You have to drive slow and carefully because it is very common for children to be playing in or next to the road. Neighbors are friendly. The neighborhood could use a little cleaning up and trimming of trees. Overall, it is a nice neighborhood.
