"A park with great potential"
While traveling on Harbor Blvd. you may encounter Pearson Park as you reach the intersections of Cypress and Sycamore Street. This park has come a long way in the last few years. It went from a park people avoided as much as possible due to lingering homeless people to just un-kept and neglected maintenance around the park that made it more of a scary place to visit than the fun and inviting place it was meant to be. Thanks to city initiatives and some care the park has really turned around in the past 10 years which is great because it has a lot of good things to offer its Anaheim residents. On site the park has a public pool, tennis courts, baseball field, playgrounds, a few small ponds and of course the Pearson Park Amphitheatre. I’ve been to a few events and performances held at the amphitheatre and they were a lot of fun. I feel like this aspect of the park offers an affordable and interesting experience for families looking to find new forms of entertainment that won’t break the bank. The shows range from music, dance, plays, ballet and more so if your ever in the area try and check out what you can catch at the Pearson Park Amphitheatre.
