"Beautiful Victorian neighborhood in the middle of NYC"
107th Street, in Richmond Hill North, is the best of all worlds. Full of terrific neighbors, stately architecture, wonderful diversity and close to the subways, busses and the much-overlooked Forest park! An easy commute to Manhattan and a short drive to the Atlantic Ocean beaches.
