"quiet, calm residental street"

115th street in the richmond hill section of queens is predominately west indian owned. You will find the place to be quiet and clean. When there are parties however expect it to carry on all night and parking to be terribly hard. Most ppl have driveways so be careful not to block it or you may find your car has been towed. People arent too talkative, seems to be just out house to car and drive. In the summertime theres ppl just sitting on steps and talking.
