11th Ave, Leimert Park

I've been spending a lot of time on this street for the last three years and it is nice. It located in Los Angeles in the Leimert Park district and people take care of their houses there. There are quite a few rebuilt houses in this area and it is very green will well taken care of lawns. Its a mix of older retired adults and families raising their children. It's very close (walking distance) to Westfield's Shopping center and there is a Walmart there. Its quiet too. There is a junior high school in walking distance. The streets are in great condition too and that's a plus for Los Angeles.
