"Nice tree-lined street, "cemetery" quiet, but helicopters ruin it"
Average-sized homes (some flips) property values rising, 500+ for last few sales.good walk to view park walking trails. LAPD uses helicopters for crime suppression requested by councilman Herb Wesson, which ruins the otherwise perfect quality of life in this neighborhood. close to Crenshaw, but the neighborhood itself has low crime.
