"In the middle of nowhere"
12th ST is majorly taken up by capital hill. There are a substantial amount of important people living in the entire area. This inturn makes the neighborhood have more of a country feel. In the ealy mornings and nights there is no traffic. During the day there is little traffic. The only retail store on the street is CVS and it's right as youu near pennsylvania avenue. The community is all upper class until you reach the bottom nearing the Navy Yard.
