31st Ave, Central Sunset

31st Ave. is located in the Sunset District of San Francisco. It is mostly a residential street. The houses here are very nice and have high value. This street is usually pretty quiet most of the time and not that busy. It runs by Lawton Middle school. This street has access to many bus lines through out the street like the N, 48, 28 and many others. There are many stores and businesses all around it at Irving, Noriega, and Taraval. This street is pretty safe most of the time. It would be a good placce to reside especially if you have a family.
