Quintara St
"Quiet place to live."
Quintara Street is almost like any other street in the Sunset District in terms of building structure and atmosphere. There is not much of nightlife, nor are there lots of stores to satisfy anyone’s craving for shopping. This is mostly a residential street, and I recommend it to families with high school kids because Lincoln High School is located on 24th avenue and Quintara. I have to warn drivers though, if you are trying to drive to Quintara and 14th, you will run into trouble if you drive directly up Quintara Street. There are weird ramps and many small side-streets once you reach that area, and I would recommend you just drive along Rivera Street, then turn back onto Quintara at 14th avenue.
Quintara St
"Long Street with lots of variety in housing."
Quintara Street runs from 48th avenue all the way into the W. of Twin Peaks district. It is a straight shot from 16th avenue all the way down to the beach. The only detour you have to make is around St. Ignatius High School right after Sunset Boulevard. It is very ends on 10th avenue, if you are not familiar with the area maps are necessary. It runs in the Outer Sunset, Inner Sunset, and W. Twin Peaks districts. The houses start out a lot nicer, bigger and more expensive towards the east and get less unique and smaller as you go westward. It runs into St. Ignatius Academy and the very large Sunset Reservoir. You also pass by Lincoln High School. At the top on Quintara Avenue around Hoover Middle School, there is a big intersection where some bus lines take their breaks. This is a very easy street to drive down, there hardly ever any traffic. There is such a wide variety of housing on this street it is hard to make recommendations as to who should live where.

Quintara St
"Very nice street in the Sunset District! Highly Recommended!"
Quintara Street runs perpendicular to Ocean Beach and is one of the Sunset’s biggest blocks. Although retail and stores on the actual Quintara Street is very rare, there are lots of stores and shops very close by to Quintara such as Judah and Taraval Street. Quintara Street serves as a home to Sunset Recreational Park which consist of an indoor basketball court, outdoor basketball courts, and playground structures. It is a very large park that has become one of my favorites to shoot hoops at.
Quintara is also home to St. Ignatius High School which is a very prestigious private school. The street has very nice housing and I would highly recommend this street to anyone.
