32nd Ave, Central Sunset

So being a young adult, I dont live on this street. There isn't much of a nightlife at all. That said, this is an amazing neighborhood for kids and young teens. There is a cheap local movie theater that plays new releases and indie films, and has some amazing popcorn. There is a great cheap pizza joint, and some tasty sushi places along here as well, mostly near Balboa. You are within walking distance of the ocean and, if you live between California or Noriega, walking distance from Golden Gate park. On weekends, you can hear the Drum Circle in the park.
