63rd St
"Nice neighborhood with nice people"
This street has a lot of houses on it that are rented out by college students, but they are generally nice people in them. I've visited and had the neighbors wander over and say hi when we were having a few people over. The houses are nice, in general the rooms in the area aren't huge, but they are fine for college students staying for a year or two. I haven't seen too many families on this street, probably because it is very close to most of the dorms at SDSU.
It is possible to walk to campus from this street, but it is a bit of a walk. This street is mostly in neighborhood areas, with not much to do besides look at houses and walk around the streets. There are places to eat, but they are closer to SDSU or in the opposite direction of campus on main roads like the intersection of Montezuma Rd and El Cajon Blvd.
