"Neighborly Spirit"
76th street is a quiet suburban oasis in brooklyn, but it comes with a price tag. The houses are worth more than one million each now. This street still is majority Italian and all the neighbors know each other.
76th Btwn 9th and 10th- somewhat busy, but pretty street with well kept homes.
76 btwn 10th and 11th- quiet, friendly street wth pretty houses
76 btwn 11th and 12th- quiet, tree lined street with nice homes and some nice condos .
76 btwn 12th and 13th- Very expensive block with very beautiful homes. Very quiet and friendly. The beginning of the block has colonial homes turned Mediterranean villas. The block continues with very large semi attached homes that also look like Mediterranean villas. This block is upscale and convenient and very easy to park on. All the residents have driveways so that's probably why. Very Italian and one of my favorites in Dyker Heights .
Overall very pretty, green, and quiet street with very pretty houses. Very Italian and a lot of neighborly spirit.

"my favorite living place"
With D and M trains running nearby and the location in Bensonhurst, 76th Street is pretty nice and convenient place. Also it is going towards the shore of Brooklyn and pretty good for a walk after the dinner to have some quiet talk with your friends and kill some time. It is a pretty safe area and you do not need to worry about any bad things. You can find a lot of Chinese and Italian Foods around the Street. Also, it is pretty easy to live there since the price is low.

"On 76th Street"
On 76th Street, a modest street in Brooklyn, ranges from being a street filled with small service oriented businesses to a residential streets. The neighborhood itself is catered for families, so I think that this would be a great place to look for a place to live in Brooklyn, but having a car is a must if you want to get around this part of Brooklyn. This is a main avenue, so traffic is heavy and there is quiet of bit of noise from that. The street itself was easy to maneuver around and the neighborhood seemed filled with people and stores that have been there forever. Here in the heart of Brooklyn, you’ll find the F train, keeping the street convenient.. All in all, a good street.
