Agnew Rd, Santa Clara

This is a pretty recently developed neighborhood. When I moved into the vicinity (my street didn't even exit back then) in January 2000, this whole street was barren land. The only major landmark on this street was the Sun Microsystem office. Right in front of my eyes, within the last 4 years, this place has been totally transformed - the new apartment complex I live in (River Terrace Apartments), a new Rivermark community with beautiful houses and condos, parks, a shopping plaza right across the street, five start hotel, etc. Basically, it provides all the advantages of a newly developed place. The apartment rents and the general real estate is pricey but pretty much reasonable in relative terms. All in all a just love this place.
