"The best neighborhood in Leesburg VA"
Everybody loves living here and there's a reason. The neighbors are friendly, there are tons of kids, and we have a great poolhouse. We have an HOA social committee that does child-free events, like the annual lobster and steak dinner and child-full events like the Fall Festival. When my husband and I moved in last May 2006, we got an apple pie from our neighbors across the street and when we had a baby, we got gifts galore from our neighbors.
When the weather is warm, lots of families come out in the evenings to enjoy the night air, do some landscaping or just chit chat with neighbors. We see lots of neighbors when we take after-dinner walks.
The neighborhood has a one mile loop, so it's great for walking and biking. We are also very close to historic downtown Leesburg and we are a hop and skip away from major roads like Route 7, Route 15 and the Greenway. We are surrounded by horse farms and beautiful wineies. We are also close to West Virginia and all its outdoor sports.
