"Great place to live, great place to raise a family"
Browns Meadow Court is a cul-de-sac four blocks from historic downtown Leesburg Virginia. Nice houses on large lots, several with pools. All the neighbors are friendly and outgoing without being nosy, and keep their homes and grounds in exceptional tidiness.
Browns Meadow Court is walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, county and city offices, and a county fitness center (Ida Lee) which includes exercise facility, tennis, and both adult and infant pools. Loudoun County's best walking/biking trail is also only about 4 blocks.
Everything you need that is not within driving distance is literally a five minute drive away: several grocery and drug stores, an outlet mall of almost 100 stores, Home Depot, more restaurants, Yet there is no traffic, no crime, and no road noise.
There is no Home Owners association. Internet is available via Verizon fiber optic (FIOS). Cable TV and phone of course.
