"Great Place to Raise Kids"
Anna Court is just about as offset from the main drag as one can get in this part of Novato. This area of town, which is practically in Sonoma County, is home to beautiful, high-end Northern California homes. While the houses are quite close together, each home is large, modern, unique, and offers views of the nearby rolling foothills.
The biggest drawback to this part of town - and of the Bay Area, as a whole - is the price tag. Novato is not a cheap place to live, and Marin County is one of the most expensive counties in America (if not the most expensive). For the prices paid for these multi-million-dollar homes, there is very little surrounding land.
But if you can afford it, Anna Court offers an intimate, neighborly feel in a beautiful part of the country that is less than an hour from an amazing city, but worlds apart.
