"Happy Suburbia"
This is the quintessential residential Marin County neighborhood. The residents are wealthy, liberal and friendly. The homes are lovely, although a bit close together for such a high-end neighborhood. The sprawling panorama of rolling green hills are clearly visible from this street. Parking is limited, but I’ve parked overnight on the street several times and have never been ticketed. Cell phone reception is abysmal – and I have Verizon!
