"Avenida Esplendida-- Close to everything, yet very peaceful."
Avenida Esplendida is yet another great Avenida in the "Country Club" area. The homes in this area are lovely, but also very expensive. Many are fairly large, with great backyards, pools, golf course views , and ocean views. It's a great street for walking. It's close to Ryan Park, Ralph's and Hawthorne Blvd. The street is fairly wide, so parking isn't really an issue. The neighbors are educated people with kind manners. A great street for families with kids.
