"Not the EPA that you know..."
This is definitely not East Palo Alto as some may know it. The neighborhood feels less ‘hood, and more like my grandparents’ retirement community in Florida. The yards appear clean and well-kept, the homes are well-maintained, and there is definitely a bit of a community feel. Parking is tight in the driveways, but I have parked in the street with zero difficulty. I’ve been told that the neighbors all look out for one another. This is probably also a good investment area, although it would have been far better to get in on five years ago. Ravenswood Shopping Center is right in the backyard, which could be a good or a bad thing, depending on whom you ask.
