"Questionable at Best"
At one time, Baker Road was a nice family centered neighborhood. And there are probably still a few families that can remember how things use to be. Today, Baker road is better known for a higher than average crime rate. The community can be considered to be relatively unsafe. Where this community and neighborhood use to be safe for families and children, because of the crime rate, illicit drug activity, and known and suspected gang violence, it's no longer considered a safe place.
There are some local stores and local conveniences residents are able to access. and public transportation is easily accessible. Because of the decline of the neighborhood, resale values have significantly declined. The neighborhood, with the exception of a few holdouts, has become much more transitory then it ever was before.
