Bay 16th St
"Filled with lots of stuff, but not alot of fun"
There is a lot of stuff on Bay 16th Street, but not a lot of it is generally fun stuff to do. It is mostly filled with businesses and restaurants. There are a few middle class homes that are on the street. It is however close to New Utrecht Avenue and 18th Avenue.

"On Bay 16th Street"
While there are plenty of business, churches, and restaurants, this street has constant traffic, there isn’t constant fun. I think that this would be a nice street to live on, though it seems that there are a lot of run down places on this block without a lot of wherewithall to fix anything up. I wasn’t impressed with the upkeep.
