Bayfield Way, Parker

I lived on Bayfield Way just over 20 years ago. Although it was a nice townhome, at the time there weren't the great restaurants and park within walking distance there are now. If I remember correctly, the library was still located just across Mainstreet in a little white building dating back many, many years. That building went on to become a small church when the library moved into the old bowling alley off of Parker Road.

Bayfield Way still seems to be a lot like it was back then. There are a lot of singles and new families that call this home. The condos are close to shopping, dining, and numerous activities. The school systems in Douglas County are very good, too. I would recommend this area to any single people or small families in their first started home. The prices are very inexpensive.
