"Middle class suburbia at its best"
We have friends who live on Motsenbocker Way and have lived there for almost 15 years. Clarke Farms is a nice, clean subdivision with a very friendly family feel to it. There is a nice little park and many kids running about. The local elementary school, Cherokee Trail Elementary is a great school. My oldest daughter went to school there for two years of preschool and loved it. It gets high marks when it comes to state testing standards, as well as community and parental ratings.
Most of the homes in Clarke Farms go for somewhere around the mid $200s. The homes date from the very late 80s to the early/mid 90s. While this neighborhood is mostly quiet and laid back, it is surrounded by a couple really busy streets. East Lincoln is a major road going from Parker out to I-25, and N Jordan Road is busy with cars from the many subdivisions going to either Lincoln Ave or the Tollway.
Residents of Motsenbocker Way are close to many amenities, such as numerous places to eat out, many stores, and several very close rec centers. The rec center right off of E Lincoln has an indoor pool, weight room/exercise machines room, gymnasium, soccer fields, baseball fields, and connects to a great bicycle path that you can take all the way out to Franktown or out west to Littleton.
With many amenities nearby and lots of places to eat and shop, this is a good community for any families looking for a family-friendly neighborhood.
