"Nice street closer to I-10"

Bingle / Voss is very nice close to I-10, the further north you go the more low-income or mixed it gets. Just North of I-10, some of this area belongs to Spring Valley and goes to Memorial high school, and the homes are pretty high priced. You are close to downtown Houston from here, and extremely close to the Galleria area.
