"Nice Area, Worth visiting"
This neighborhood is actually pretty clean, friendly, and offers awesome shopping and food. It's not your typical Bronx neighborhood, it's actually probably considered a "rich" neighborhood. At least you dont have to worry about getting your purse snatched from you while strolling the streets. The people I have met there were very friendly, especially the shop owners and waitresses and waiters. Of all the neighborhoods in the Bronx this one would definitely be on my list of ones to live in!

"Very quiet street in an extremely nice neighborhood."
Buhre Avenue is located in the better part of the Bronx. It is very nice and quiet all year-round. There's plenty to do in the area as well. There's a great area for shopping just 2 or 3 blocks away, with plenty of different small shops and restaurants. It's about a 15 minute walk away from Westchester Square where there is plenty more shopping. It is also very close to the bus and subway so commuting to work is a breeze. The people in this neighborhood are nice, some of them will go out of their way to help you if you needed it. It is also close to a few churches within the area. There is also a school, P.S 71 in the area, that now goes from grades Pre-k through 8.
